Peter Shaev, Head of Hospitality & Events

Peter discovered a passion for wine while working in New York City and experiencing the food and wine scene. In 2018, he decided to pursue wine as a career and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Peter’s first job in the wine business was at Flowers Vineyard & Winery where he spent his first two years as a Wine Educator and Events Coordinator before becoming the Hospitality & Events Lead. In March 2022, he joined Medlock Ames as the Hospitality & Events Manager. Providing guests an elevated tasting experience and a relaxing respite is a passion for Peter.

When he’s not working, Peter enjoys cooking, playing golf, biking, and getting together with friends and family for good music and good food.
