Jean Hoefliger, Consulting Winemaker

Jean joined our team as a Consulting Winemaker in 2019 and oversaw the blending of the 2018 reds along with our 2019 and 2020 vintages. Born and raised in Switzerland, he has honed his palate and skills in all major global wine regions and made a splash in Napa overseeing Newton Vineyard, AXR, Alpha Omega and others. He brings a new perspective to making exceptional Cabernets and pushing the limits to maximize what Bell Mountain can produce.
